Silimed is a Brazilian-based company, and maintains a nationwide network of sales and service throughout the United States. Their clinical trial includes four round gel implants, which come in a moderate and a high profile, each of which is available with either a smooth or a textured surface.

They have four shapes of their anatomic cohesive implant. The Enhance Superior Pole is a full height anatomic cohesive implant, similar in shape to the Allergan/Inamed/McGhan FM. The Nuance Inferior pole comes in three different profiles: high, moderate and low. The Nuance Inferior Poles correspond to a dimension that is intermediate between the Allergan/Inamed/McGhan M and L in height to width ratio, and with projections similar to the Allergan/Inamed/McGhan L, M, and F.
