This is an innovative product with a unique dual gel combination. The posterior of the implant is made from our standard cohesive gel, as found in the McGhan Style 410, with the anterior of tje implant made from a unique high cohesive gel. This feature provides superior projection and support, emphasising the nipple/areola area of the implant.

As well as the unique gel combination the posterior of the 510 implant is concave to better fit the chest wall.
The McGhan Style 510 Dual Gel also features a tapered superior pole. which along with the concave base, reduces the edge/thoracic wall clearance minimising edge palpability. This is particularly beneficial for patients with thin tissue coverage. Building on our philosophy of choice the McGhan Style 510 Dual Gel is available in 39 cells of varying heights, widths and projections.
These features will be of particular benefit for mastectomy patients, helping surgeons maintain the projection of the nipple/areola complex and achieving superior cosmetic results with higher patient satisfaction.
The McGhan Style 510 Dual Gel range may also he used effectively with augmentation patients. We believe this product will have particular benefits for complex augmentations such as asymmetrical breasts, tubular breasts and Poland’s syndrome.
